As in past years our spoke had a booth at the 26. El Tour de Tucson. Thanks to the help from our members and our sponsor Hammer Nutrition, we were able to give away Hammer Gels, Hammer's HEED and water bottles. We represented our club for 2 days and can say it was a blessing to help out. There were about 50 new people interested in our spoke. They signed up for our Yahoo! ArizonaIC3-Rides email list and I hope we can plug them in right away. "Now to Him who is able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that works in us, to Him be glory in the church by Christ Jesus to all generations, forever and ever. Amen." Eph. 3:20 What an awesome God we serve. We also had a lot of interest in the club from Phoenix and Prescott Arizona. Let's start praying for those cities and see if God would want to establish another spoke in Arizona. The Arizona spoke had an awesome time at El Tour de Tucson these past four days (Nov. 16-Nov. 20)! We not only set up a booth at the expo on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday, but had a few riders take part in the different rides on Saturday. |
