The days of Team Ultimate were filled with memories of training rides together, races around the United States, and fun times together as teammates and friends. September 2005 will mark our 20 year anniversary of the International Christian Cycling Club. Wow! I have been around since 1993 and have gotten to know many of the members. Each has a different story, interest, and it has been a joy to be involved in other Christian cyclists lives.

Sunday morning July 24th was hot even by St. Louis standards. The temperature would reach 104 degrees and the Chubb Trail that Big Shark Racing chose for the race is the most technical trail in the region. That didn’t limit the turnout or the impact of our IC3 juniors. These young men ask for nothing but to ride and race and wear the colors that proclaim Jesus. The junior race field was 11 racers. 4 of them are IC3 members, and two of the unattached juniors are Christians who are thinking of joining.

The Pennsylvania spoke hosted their first Cycling Camp July 29th-31st.
Thirty-two members and friends gathered together at Pine Grove Furnace
State Park to enjoy a weekend of fellowship, riding and fun. We’d like
to say a good time was had by all, but the Tarr family had some
significant challenges over the weekend. All in all, it was a
successful weekend and plans are being made for next year’s camp.
Janice Ressler shares her thoughts of the weekend: |
