Has anyone ever done this ride or is planning to do it this year? I'm from Seattle, and I will be down in Escondido for a conference at Westminster Seminary 1/18-1/19 the week before (
http://www.wscal.edu/newsevents/conferences/conference08/index.php). I am hoping to hang around in SoCal for the week so I can participate in the Borrego Springs Century on the 26th. Just thought I'd check and see if anyone else is planning to do the ride or has done it in the past.
